Needless to say we are not any other company than LRS UK, and we specifically don't sell Retekess brand paging systems or any other similar equipment. We're proud to be supplying our products and offering the best warranty (3 years against manufacturing defects) and service available in the communications industry today. We're happy to continue in business for (as we write) 33 years and counting; while our competitors have varied over the years from the good quality competitors (there are a couple) in the UK.
These days some see products like those from Retekess for example (and many other so called brands) that are generally very cheap mass produced systems that operate on the 433MHz band with just 10 milliwatts (that's just 1/20th of the power of our low powered systems) of power as competitive to our brand. That sort of output is actually what you might expect from a car remote! and as soon as there is any walls etc. then communication stops. Those solutions are far from where we are today and will remain so through our innovation rather than cloning other equipment.
Our company originally comes from support where it is essential, and that philosophy has carried through right to today. Our Managing Director historically was a 'service manager' where customers depended on quality service and support and its one reason why we literally relate to support very highly. But that's only part of the story of course, as a company we really don't sell products that we would not buy ourselves - and that has kept our company in business already for over 33 years!
